Artist information
Born in Florence in 1947, Giuliano Foglia began his journey in the world of metalwork in the ’60s in his family’s workshop. Here, he mastered the art of design, overhanging, and chiseling, leading him to create various pieces such as Madonne, eighteenth-century scenes, and fountains.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has crafted notable masterpieces like the Calice of Saint Galgano and the Cups for the San Marino Grand Prix (F1). His lifelong dedication to his craft has established him as one of Italy’s premier chisels.
